How important vision is for a business owner, and what happens to the vision after several years in business. Knowing your why, and the six keys to a winning team all involve the owner having clarity of vision: Strong Leadership, Common Goals, Rules of the Game, Action Plan, Support Risk taking, 100% Involvement and Inclusion. Jason Adler is no stranger to success as both a business owner and competitive player in the business world… Arriving in Atlanta in 1978, Jason received his Bachelors degree in Economics during 1982 from Emory University. His education covered the spectrum of accounting, marketing, and finance all the way through a concentration in Supply Side Economics. He graduated with honors and began his entrepreneurial business career by purchasing his first restaurant in April of 1983. Jason is an experienced coach and has a successful track record in innovative marketing, sales and team building, both in his own companies and in the corporate market. After selling all his operations Jason turned his vast knowledge and experience to the coaching arena showing others a proven path to success. Living and working in Atlanta for 30 years has given Jason an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist for start-up businesses as well as seasoned operations, whether they be small or large organizations. He has worked with companies with 2 to 200 team members while also working with voluntary organizations, schools and coaching sporting teams.
