Today we spoke with Marian Hirschkorn is the founder of Core Solutions International, a business coaching and consulting firm specializing in working with entrepreneurs and small businesses with 1-300 employees. CSI partners with entrepreneurs and small business forms to uncover their talent, move through boundaries to growth and profitability, and to find fulfillment both personally and professionally.

Marian earned a B.S. in from Minot State University and an MSSA from Case Western Reserve University. She has a diverse background including 15 years in senior level management with a Fortune 500 company and 12 years experience as psychotherapist.

She is skilled in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, executive coaching and work / life coaching. She is also a workshop leader, mediator, consultant, publicist, and educator. Marian has served on the faculty of three major universities, served on the board of directors for several organizations, conducted managerial workshops throughout the USA and internationally, and is a public speaker. Marian has trained for companies such as Bell South and has been featured as a guest expert on talk radio with WGST 640 on "Job Talk” and WYAY “The Eagle Report” and has appeared on TV with Cox communication's “In Spirit of America” and WSST, “Good Day”.
