 Today we spoke with Wendy Watkins of Passion Fruit.  Wendy honed her gift of vision with 13 years of experience in sales and coaching for the Neill Corporation, the largest Aveda distributor in the world. Supporting the dreams of salon and spa owners in and around Atlanta was her introduction to the power of coaching. Wendy continued her growth process, becoming a Certified Professional Co-active Coach in 2001 through The Coaches Training Institute. At this time, Wendy realized that her passion was fueled by her role as a catalyst in the personal and professional development of people.

Wendy established her own business, PassionFruit™ Creative Business Grower, in 2003. Her coaching sessions are offered by phone or in her Decatur office, with all of the exuberance and passion that you would expect from a woman living her dreams by helping others learn to live theirs. She provides training for entrepreneurs, offers many different tools and exercises to evaluate leadership attitudes and skills, and shares a variety of approaches to awaken the leader within. She implements innovative and fun approaches to teambuilding with her small business clients. One of her juiciest offerings is guidance in learning how to create a Strategic Attraction Plan.
