GoldCore Business Concepts specializes in helping small to medium size businesses improve their bottom line performance through employee and management development. The goal is to help companies improve their overall performance and revenue through increased productivity, reduced turnover, improved employee and customer satisfaction, and the development of superior managers and leaders. Paula began her business career at East River Savings Bank in New York City. In her 20+ years of corporate experience since then she has worked for such major international corporations as Bendix International and Eastman Kodak.
As an International Marketing Manager for Bendix she gained manufacturing and international exposure, having worked closely with a domestic manufacturing division and with the international field sales organization. At Eastman Kodak – Business Imaging, Paula had the responsibility of working with a wide range of organizations including Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Delta Airlines, Bank of New York, Russell Sportswear, VHA of Georgia Hospitals, Primerica, and with many other large and smaller sized corporations and government agencies. Most recently Paula brought her experience and expertise to The Whole Life Health Center, a small family owned business as the Marketing Director and Office Manager. Paula’s mission is best stated by her - “My mission is to help improve business performance through employee and management development. I have chosen to work with the small to medium size business community because I know that these businesses face the same personnel challenges that large corporations deal with but don’t always have access to the same level of training remedies. Management skills are just as important for a small to medium size business owner or manager as they are to any manager within a large corporation. Personnel issues are sometimes even more critical to deal with in a smaller business because each individual has a larger impact on the overall performance of the organization.” Also, if you know of a Business Coach that we should know about, please email BevAnn Bonds at Info @ B- Support Solutions.com.
