John has been an actionCoach Business Coach for over 3 years now working with clients, and seeing their vision and goals materialize, in diverse markets such as real estate, information technology, insurance, HVAC, retail, web design, promotional products, direct mail and accounting services. He realizes that achieving the success you want isn’t easy. Maintaining that level of success can be even harder. He knows that it is with it outside, unbiased, honest perspective and education from a coach that helps business owners achieve and consequently know why they went into business for themselves in the first place. John’s desire to help business owners is in his blood. He has always been surrounded by entrepreneurs. His grandfather, father, brother, an uncle, an aunt and sister-in-law have all been or are small business owners. He has seen it, heard it and experienced it firsthand. Now He is experiencing it by providing the help and outside perspective his family all wished they had received.
John’s 30 years in Human Resources with a strong and varied background in labor relations, benefits, compensation, organization design, team building and performance management makes him uniquely qualified to coach business owners to realize their potential and achieve their full potential. He has also found that advising senior managers and executives is very similar to coaching business owners – goal setting, maintaining focus, getting the right people, keeping them highly motivated, keeping them informed and having strong relationships are critical to continuous improvement.
